How savings are calculated
Based on our internal user research and questionnaires. Results estimate the value of freed capacity using your inputs; they are not guaranteed payroll savings.
Annual value after software costs:
- Content and images: estimated at 1/7 of manual time. The reference compares the complete workflow: 3 products/hour manually versus 21 with Lasso; applying the ratio to these tasks is a model estimate.
- Data preparation: 2 minutes per started batch of 100 products, based on Lasso team operational averages. PIM: a separate assumption of 50% time saved.
- Hourly rate = monthly cost of one employee ÷ 150.5 hours. Annual value = (monthly hours saved × hourly rate + replaced software cost − Lasso subscription − extra credits) × 12. Individual activity rows show value before software costs.
